IDENTIFY

Step 1 : Provide operator with your basic particulars - name, contact number.

LOCATION

Step 2: Provide operator with your current location and specific address of the patient.

SYMPTOMS

Step 3 : Describe the patient’s signs and symptoms briefly e.g. male, Chinese age 67 years, having severe chest pain since 2 minutes ago, breathless and sweating.

ASSISTANCE

Step 4 : Hang up the phone after operator does so, and send somebody to wait for ambulance crew e.g by holding the lift if necessary and directing ambulance crew to the patient.

STANDBY

Step 5: Standby to assist if required.
